True Hall Real Estate features an exclusive collection of properties where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.  We offer our client property owners customized management options to insure that each guest experience is the best it can be.  

A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable advanced payment and a valid credit card number are required with all reservations.  Advanced payments are due with your reservation.  We accept Master Card and VISA.  A valid credit card is required with your reservation.  You may also pay by personal check within three (3) days of making a reservation by phone.  Personal checks go to:

If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us immediately. 

In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation, please understand that you are responsible for the entire reservation unless, we are able to re-book the time.  If your canceled time is re-booked we may refund any applicable portion less a $50 cancellation fee. 

The remainder of the rental fee plus applicable sales tax and guest services fee (11%) is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival day.  We will also authorize only the applicable security deposit with the credit card you provided with the reservation.  The charges will occur automatically unless we hear from you. 

A minimum security deposit of $300 is required.  The amount of the deposit may be higher for some properties.  Additional deposits are required when reservations include pet visits.

 We typically rent from Saturday to Saturday during the months of July and August.  There may be times when customized stays during these months are possible.  There is more flexibility during the shoulder season months of May, June, September and October.

 Nightly rates for stays of less than 7 nights vary by property.  Contact us anytime for a quote.   Short term stays (3-6 nights) may be charged a cleaning fee.

 Rates and policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. 

 Check-in: 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM.  If arriving outside of check-in times, please call to make arrangements.  Directions to our office are on our website, www.truehall.com.   Arrangements can be made for late arrivals if we know in advance.

 The keys and directions to the property will be available at our office beginning at 3 PM on your arrival day. 

 Check-out: 11:00 AM.  Required check out procedures is posted at each property.

 No Smoking in or on any property.

 Our goal continues to avoid charging our rental customers fees.  Each property is prepared for your arrival by an independent service contracted by the property owners.  We ask that you leave the property as you found it and comply with the posted check out procedures. 

 In the unlikely event that additional maintenance services are required on your departure day, additional fees may apply and be deducted from security deposit. 

 Additional cleaning services are available for a fee during your stay and must be arranged in advance.
