We offer our client property owners customized management options
to insure that each guest experience is the best it can be.
A 50% non-refundable and non-transferable advanced payment and a valid credit card number are required with all reservations. Advanced payments are due with your reservation. We accept Master Card and VISA. A valid credit card is required with your reservation. You may also pay by personal check within three (3) days of making a reservation by phone. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us immediately.
In the unlikely event that you must cancel your reservation, please understand that you are responsible for the entire reservation unless, we are able to re-book the time. If your canceled time is re-booked we may refund any applicable portion less a $50 cancellation fee.
The remainder of the rental fee plus applicable sales tax and guest services fee (11%) is due 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival day. We will also authorize only the applicable security deposit with the credit card you provided with the reservation. The charges will occur automatically unless we hear from you.
A minimum security deposit of $300 is required. The amount of the deposit may be higher for some properties. Additional deposits are required when reservations include pet visits.
