I have used Diane Hall successfully in the past both as seller and buyer. In this case I called upon her real estate expertise and extensive network of local contacts to prepare an island lot for sale in the 2021 summer market. Guidance from Diane was invaluable in lining up a local surveyor to survey the site to make sure it complied with shoreline building regulations, and a contractor on the island to clear dead trees from the lot and make it as attractive as possible from a potential buyers perspective. After that work was done we quickly received multiple offers and a very satisfactory selling price. Diane is very proactive and a great guide in successfully carrying out such somewhat complicated transactions.

Diane managed successfully two difficult property sales for us. One concerned a farm and an eighteenth-century brick house built by my ancestors. Full disclosure: Diane is my sister, but with that said, I wouldn’t be writing this if she hadn’t done a great job selling four properties from our father’s estate. I dreamed of moving to Maine where I had vacationed for four decades. I met Diane probably 15 years ago and started looking at houses within the last 6 years.
