It was almost three years ago that Diane helped my husband and I purchase the little piece of paradise we now call home. We were looking for a quiet coastal location to grow a beautiful large garden and plant a house in the center of it. Diane was the gateway to this paradise. She is a kind and funny lady who took the time and energy to walk the land with us, down over the steep embankments to view the shoreline and clamber through the woods searching for boundary markers. Through all the paperwork and logistics, Diane was very responsive and supportive. She never held us up and her experience was evident as she guided us through the purchase. I, as a 9th generation Mainer of humble beginnings, am amazed at the realization of this dream, to now be a steward of one remarkable slice of Maine’s beautiful coastline.
