Full disclosure: Diane is my sister, but with that said, I wouldn’t be writing this if she hadn’t done a great job selling four properties from our father’s estate. Three of these were not “main stream” type properties; it took some work to find buyers for whom these properties made sense. In the end I felt it was a job well done for all parties involved.
