Diane is excellent to deal with. She’s extremely patient but quick to react during a tight time frame. Diane is professional, pleasant and has a vast knowledge of the area and services available to people new to the area. She often provided contacts to assist with estimates on issues identified during the home inspection. Because we were out of state, Diane often scheduled, met with contractors, and acted on our behalf. She was a pleasure to work with.
